Sunrise Lime Gin Sorbet Bottled Cocktail & Spiced Gin Punch Bottled Cocktail

Created through the collaborative efforts of the Creative Drinks Team, the Harvest Bottled Cocktail Range heroes our most recent harvest gin releases and celebrates both the summer and winter solstices, and all that they represent.

Sunrise Lime Gin Sorbet Bottled Cocktail draws inspiration from the iconic Midsummer Festival in Sweden and the Goji Berry Festival in Northern China and encapsulates strong fruit flavours with a rounded zing of the sorbet elements of summer.

Following the styles of a classic fruit sour and a fleshed-out gimlet this cocktail concoction is rounded out with a distinct zing of sorbet sourness, bringing forth the citrus-forward notes of the sunrise lime alongside pink grapefruit and cherry to give a full body of flavour that is mellowed out with a rounded finish of goji berry. To serve, pour 70 ml over ice and top with 100ml of either soda water or sparkling wine. If you want to drink it neat we recommend shaking in a cocktail shaker, and pouring over fresh ice.

The Spiced Gin Punch Bottled Cocktail showcases Archie Rose Lemon Scented Gum Harvest Gin, bringing forth the nutty flavours of cinnamon and star anise, washing the palate with a lingering taste of citrus and vermouth.

Once heated this cocktail supports a complete herbal aroma, akin to that of a warm winter’s night, bringing forth surrounding flavours of citrus whilst the vermouth and spices are left lingering on the tongue. The cocktail, once warmed, does a 180-degree flip on itself; offering two amazing possibilities from one mouth-watering liquid. Perfect for cold wintery nights. This drink is delicious served both hot and cold. To serve hot, warm either on the stove or in a microwave. To serve cold pour 70 ml over ice and top with 100ml of either soda water or sparkling wine.
