Shane Collins
Our take on the Tom Collins using Signature Dry Gin and lemon myrtle syrup. A delightful drink.
INGREDIENTS:
- 60ml Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin
- 30ml lemon juice
- 20ml lemon myrtle syrup*
- Soda to top
To make lemon myrtle syrup:
This is a normal sugar syrup (1:1) adding a teaspoon of dried lemon myrtle per 500ml.
Method:
Combine all ingredients and ice in a shaker - pop the top half of the shaker on top, give it a firm pat to make the seal and shake as hard as you can.
Next, strain the mixture over fresh ice in a highball glass, top with soda, garnish with a lemon wheel.
