Seagull Patrol
Outside Gin provides the perfect base for this soft and umami take on the classic Martini, inspired by the hard-working dogs patrolling the Opera House Forecourt, keeping the diner’s chips safe.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Outside Gin
- 15ml olive brine
- 5ml saline solution
- 10ml Noilly Pratt infused with nori seaweed*
- Seaweed square
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, stir and strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a seaweed square.
To make the nori-infused Noilly Pratt, add 10g of nori seaweed to 750ml Noilly Pratt. Let sit for 24 hours.
