Fettucini
For the dark and bitter lovers, this classy number emulates coffee and char as the perfect after-dinner serve.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Averna Amaro
- 5ml Little Drippa
- 5ml Fernet Branca
- 5ml sugar syrup
- Davidson’s plum or fresh fig to garnish
Method:
Measure out all your ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass, add ice and stir down. Strain and pour into a nick and nora or coupette glass, garnish with half of Davidson’s plum or fresh fig.
