The guilty classic we’ve all been privy to at the right moment on a Friday night is rendered an altogether classier affair with the addition of vanilla and a touch of salt. Blasphemy dries out the drink—and lengthens it—to create a whip-smart, mature twist on an Espresso Martini.
- 15ml FAIR Coffee Liqueur
- 30ml Little Drippa
- 10ml Giffard Vanilla Syrup
- 1ml Saline Solution (10g flake Salt dissolved into 100ml warm water. This isn’t scary to make, we promise)
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into a coupe glass, or into a highball glass over ice.
