Dulce De Leche Old Fashioned
This cocktail is for self-proclaimed sweet tooths everywhere who love a twist on the classic Old Fashioned Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 40ml White Rye
- 20ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
- 10ml Gelato Messina Dulce de Leche syrup*
- 2ml Angostura Bitters
Method:
Build all ingredients in mixing glass over ice, stir thoroughly and strain into rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a chocolate wafer.
*To make the Dulce de Leche syrup, combine equal parts of Gelato Messina Dulce de Leche and water and stir until consistent.
