Cornersmith White Peach Spritz
We’ve already established that the white peach is the King (or Queen) of fruit. The good folk at Cornersmith agree with us, and have preserved the bright flavour of the fleeting fruit in a bristling shrub (an old preservation technique) made from a mix of fresh white peach, vinegar and sugar. Gin, a touch of lemon and some soda and you’re away. So easy, almost too easy.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Archie Rose Distiller’s Strength Gin
- 30ml Cornersmith White Peach Shrub (available to buy from Cornersmith cafes)
- 15ml lemon juice
- 30ml soda
Method:
Build gin, white peach shrub and lemon juice in a wine glass over ice.
Top with soda, and garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
