Gin & Tour
From November, you’ll be able to combine a guided tour of the World Heritage-listed Sydney Opera House with our award-winning Blend Your Own Gin Classes at Portside Sydney. After exploring beneath the sails, you’ll create and taste your own signature gin blend using pure botanical distillates as the sun sets over Sydney Harbour. The exclusive experience will take place over just six nights from 7 – 16 November, from 6-8pm.

Opera Kitchen
How about a side of harbour views with your Blood Orange Outside Gin Spritz? Opera Kitchen is serving three Spritz-inspired cocktails celebrating Outside Gin, a harmony of juniper, lemon-scented gum, South Australian yuzu, finger lime and locally foraged seablite. Pull up a stool and settle in for acoustic chords, sunset skylines and something bubbly.
Portside
Set back from the city, Portside offers harbourside dining without the hustle and bustle. Choose from two Archie Rose cocktails as you dine; the Get Out, a quick hit of cold-drip Little Drippa and Kahlua with Outside Gin, or the Outside G&T made with our Outside Gin, San Pellegrino rossa and mint sprig, a perfect match for Portside’s coconut and lychee trifle with lime leaf and ginger ice cream.
Sydney Opera House Theatre Bars
Enjoy Archie Rose pre or post show at one of Sydney Opera House’s Theatre Bars. They’re serving our Inside Gin G&T-style, with elderflower, tonic and a pear fan complementing its vibrant cast of botanicals: native thyme, Australian apricot, raspberry and strawberry gum. Digest the experience after show with a Yoshimi, our take on the Negroni showcasing Inside Gin, exotic Carpano Bianca, Campari and orange.
Bennelong
Where better to experience our Outside and Inside Gins than inside the very sails that inspired their creation? Bennelong serves to celebrate the Sydney Opera House and its extraordinary architecture by offering a culturally significant and inspiring menu. Sit up in their plush bar, at the Cured and Cultured bar or in the main restaurant and order their impeccable G&T, garnished with fresh citrus.
Kittyhawk
Ever experienced the pleasure of drinking in a bar themed around the WWII French Liberation? Here’s the place. Walk just three minutes from Circular Quay to Kittyhawk, a bar that prides itself on a cocktail offering that is inventive yet accessible. Sidle up to the bar for a Phillip Lane cocktail, featuring Outside Gin, Martini Bianco, lemon Juice and a fruity kiwi and grape syrup. Santé!
Grain Bar
Grain by Four Seasons Hotel Sydney exemplifies the fine craft of drinking, and shares our passion for local spirits. Nip down to its location at The Rocks, just a short walk from the Sydney Opera House for an Archie Rose x Sydney Opera House G&T or cocktail - let them know what flavours you favour and leave the rest to them. Easy.
