Aki (Autumn)
The Aki is so easy to fix for yourself at home, but gives you the luxurious feeling of spoiling yourself. Don’t be too nervous about how much lemon juice to use, half a lemon is fine. Add the Rinquinquin (or other peach liqueur if you can’t get your hands on it) to taste (and extra gin if the day calls for it).
Ingredients
- 45ml Horisumi
- 15ml Rinquinquin Peach liqueur
- 20-25ml fresh lemon juice
- Soda
- Lemon twist to garnish
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a wine glass, stir and top with soda. Add a lemon twist to garnish.
