‘The Pokolbin’ pays tribute to the home of some of these Hunter Valley grapes, with bright and zesty flavours to represent the new life they’ve been granted post-fires.
- 20ml grapefruit juice
- 10ml lime juice
- 10ml agave syrup
- 1ml Angostura bitters
- grapefruit peel
Add all ingredients to shaker, shake and strain into a coupe glass. Add grapefruit twist to garnish.
