- 30ml Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
Stir all ingredients in your brand new crystal mixing glass for 20-30 seconds, strain with your copper hawthorn strainer over fresh ice (the larger the better). Using a vegetable peeler, peel a strip of peel from an orange. If you are feeling refined trim the edges using a paring knife into a rhombus. Now face the strip at the surface of the drink and squeeze the zest between your thumb and fingers, expressing the oils over the surface of the drink.
