Spiced Pear Highball
An easy summer quencher, this candied pear and chilli number is accentuated by hot ginger beer. Multiply the recipe to create a punch bowl that serves the whole gang.
- 60ml Bickford’s cloudy pear juice
- 30ml lemon juice
- 1ml Tabasco sauce
- 90ml Strangelove hot ginger beer
Build all ingredients into a highball glass over ice, stir until consistent and garnish with candied ginger.
