- 60ml Horisumi - Winter Gin

- Spritz of mezcal
Stir the Horisumi - Winter Gin over ice and decant into a suitably humble glass. Spritz (or phutz, according to Ben) with mezcal, adding a drizzle of grapefruit zest oils before garnishing with zest.
