Inspired by the notorious Ramos Gin Fizz this drink brings a layered and complex skeleton, revitalised with the use of natural yoghurt, carrots and Outside Gin.
- 30ml Outside Gin
- 15ml Massenez Apricot Liqueur
- 30ml carrot juice
- 15ml Greek yoghurt
- 15ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 3ml Angostura Bitters
- 10ml egg whites
- 30ml ginger beer
- Baby carrots and a mint sprig
Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake (shake without ice). Add ice and shake again. Strain into a highball glass over cubed ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with baby carrots and a mint sprig.
