Inspired by the Bellini, the classic Venetian cocktail, this passionfruit twist is perfect for fizz lovers.
- 20ml passionfruit puree
- 20ml orange juice
- 2ml orange blossom water
- 60ml Prosecco
Add all ingredients to shaker (except Prosecco and baby’s-breath), shake and fine strain into a flute glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with baby’s-breath.
