Join the Archie Rose Bar Team in a comfortable setting and kick back with a selection of our signature cocktails and bar snacks.

Your $30 per person reservation includes a table booking for one person for a two-hour sitting, $30 credit to spend on food and drinks at the Archie Rose Bar and table service to make it extra special.

Please note: Walk ins of groups up to 6 are accepted throughout the day (pending availability). Bookings commence at 12pm each day. For any groups larger than 6, please email events@archierose.com.au for potential booking times and availability.

Archie Rose Gin Sessions

Join one of our Archie Rose resident gin enthusiasts in the bar mezzanine for a guided tasting of three Archie Rose limited edition gins. You’ll be taken through the history of gin, how it’s made plus how we do things differently at Archie Rose. Learn about the botanicals and tasting notes of each gin, finishing with an interactive Q&A session.

Gin Sessions: $49 per person

Class capacity: 12 people

Duration: One and a half hours

You will receive three full-sized G&Ts included in your ticket, as well as the use of the bar mezzanine space for one and a half hours total. You will have the opportunity to purchase food and other beverages from the bar menu during the session.

Join our Archie Rose resident whisky expert as they guide you through an introduction to whisky. In this session, you’ll learn about the most common styles of whisky from Australia, Ireland, Scotland and the USA. Through stories and tastings you will learn first hand how whisky is produced from grain to bottle while sipping 5 different spirits, each with their own unique style. You’ll also receive your own Archie Rose whisky tasting glass to carry you through your whisky journey. This class is perfect for beginners keen to dive into the wide world of whisky!

Our resident whisky expert will take you through an interactive tasting covering all the major regions of Japan. Single Paddock Whisky Harvest 2018 Event

To celebrate the launch of our Single Paddock Whisky Harvest 2018, we invite you to join us at the Archie Rose Bar & Cellar Door in Rosebery, Sydney to taste a selection of Archie Rose whiskies as well as an interactive Q & A session with Master Distiller Dave Withers.

Enjoy a White Rye & Ginger along with light nibbles before the event. At the end of the event, guests are welcome to mingle in the bar to continue the evening.
