Guided by our Master Distiller Dave Withers, you’ll enjoy rare, intimate access to ask your burning questions and explore the evolution of our whisky production right where it all began, in the original distillery space and Still Room in Rosebery.
Settle in with a Triple Smoked Cocktail Highball upon arrival as you learn how our pursuit of flavour over the past decade has led us to challenge tradition.
Explore the rare, experimental smoky releases that paved the way for our new Triple Smoked Whisky through a curated five-part tasting flight featuring some of our limited edition whiskies, including Ironbark Smoked Rye Malt Whisky, Smoked Heritage Rye Malt Whisky, Stringybark Smoked Single Malt Whisky, Lavender Smoked Cask Single Malt Whisky, and the new Triple Smoked Single Malt Whisky.

Need to reschedule? We can try to accommodate you if there’s availability in the same class on a later date. If there’s no space, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a reschedule or a refund. If we can reschedule your class, please let us know at least seven days in advance. If you don’t provide enough notice or miss your class, we won’t be able to offer a refund or credit.
