The Women Behind The Spirit

We’re proud to profile some of the women who make up 40% of Archie Rose's five teams across production, operations, marketing, hospitality and sales.

Victoria Tulloch, Head of Marketing and Harriet Leigh, Head of Hospitality and Lead Creative

Victoria (Tori) and Harriet are 50% of Archie Rose’s leadership team, and have been working to bring Archie Rose to the world from the beginning. Tori leads the Archie Rose Marketing Team and Harriet the Hospitality & Creative teams. Together, these teams include 15 other incredible women responsible for creating and showcasing our spirits via world-class design, packaging, website, drinks, events and content.

“The total Archie Rose dream team is 90 strong, 40% of whom are women and non-binary people. Working with a diverse team every day is one of the primary ways we’ve been able to build Archie Rose into Australia’s most highly awarded distillery,” says Tori.

Xining Liu - Distiller

Xining is part of our distilling team. Most recently she led on the Archie Rose x Saint Peter Gin distillations, running multiple tests of varying degrees of dehydrated fish before upsizing the final runs. The rest of the team absolutely loved the smells of dehydrating fish that wafted around the office for days. Thanks, Xining.

Silvia Segato - Senior Spirit Blender

Silvia is a Senior Spirits blender, a key part of the Production leadership team. In her role, she oversees quality at every stage of production, from making sure base materials are up to scratch, through to crafting delicious products like the recent cult gin collaboration with Saint Peter. It’s not a job anyone can do - you need to have a brilliant nose that can detect layers of nuance within a spirit.

Jodi Hooker - Senior Design, Packaging and Creative Manager

Jodi (Jo) heads up the design team and is responsible for the design, packaging and creative behind the Archie Rose brand and product range. If you admired our collaboration with Saint Peter, you would have also enjoyed Jo’s skills as an artist responsible for the stunning illustration on the front of the Archie Rose x Saint Peter Gin, and now also hanging in the bar at Saint Peter restaurant in Paddington, Sydney

Rachel Stone - General Manager, Direct to Consumer Retail

Rachel leads our online team, the customer service team and also works closely with our venue in Rosebery and the Partnerships & Activations team. She puts our customers at the center of everything we do, constantly reviewing how we can improve our customer experience, speed up processes and ensure everything flows smoothly to launch new products and spirits experiences. Her steadfast attention to detail has resulted in a couple of major award wins this year - Best Online Food & Beverage Retailer at the 2025 Australia Post Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS) and Best Online Store at the 2026 Inside Retail Awards.

Jess Mann - Customer Service Manager

If you have ever called or emailed Archie Rose there is a strong chance you spoke with Jess. Jess is your in-house advocate. From helping you track down an order to helping you pick the perfect spirits gift for your friend, Jess is here to support you at every step. She ensures no question goes unanswered, acting as your personal advocate to make sure your experience with Archie Rose is a memorable one!

Aisling Bermingham - Distillery Warehouse Hand

Aisling can be seen whipping around on a forklift, between our warehouses moving casks and racking, keeping the lifeblood of the company moving and ensuring that all our new products see the light of day.

Dallas Eden - Forklift Operator

Dallas is the backbone of the warehouse and has been with us since 2022, getting ingredients from A to B. There hasn’t been a single day that Dallas hasn’t been working with a massive smile on her face. Once a week Dallas picks up finished goods and drives them over to the bar, ready to be served in a drink for you!

Hana Malafova - Events and Experience Manager

Hana works in our award-winning Rosebery venue, she keeps the venue running like a well oiled machine , ensuring our events are running smoothly and working closely with the eCommerce team to ensure our classes are ready to sell. She’s the link from the head office to the venue - ensuring our front of house are briefed and ready to go!
